Built for muck-away on terraced streets and back gardens: 500 kg of spoil in a steel skip, through a 715 mm gap, tipped hydraulically at a lever. Rubber tracks take it up slopes a loaded barrow cannot be pushed up.

On the job

715 mm clearance gets it through a standard 813 mm back door and down the side of a terrace.

The steel skip tips hydraulically on a lever, so the load comes out without a spade.

Low ground pressure, and grip where a loaded barrow would stall.

At about 40 kg a barrow, one 500 kg load saves around a dozen trips.

Throttle and tip lever sit together, so you never change position to tip.

The skip lip is low enough to shovel into comfortably.

Questions
715 mm at its narrowest, on a frame 800 mm across. A standard UK internal door opening is 838 mm and a back door is usually 813 mm, so yes — but measure the frame rather than the door, and watch for a threshold strip that eats the height.
About twelve. A builder's barrow holds roughly 40 kg of wet spoil before it becomes unmanageable. On a 20 metre path that is the difference between an afternoon and a morning.
It is built for it — the photographs on this page are of exactly that. Take slopes straight up or straight down and never across; a tracked machine tips sideways with very little warning once a loose load shifts.
Rubber tracks spread the load far better than wheels, but low ground pressure reduces marking rather than removing it. On soft or newly laid ground, board out a route.
Engine oil and air filter to the engine maker's schedule, track tension checked regularly, and the hydraulic level checked before each session. Ask us for a price and delivery time on tracks and belts.
